RISE, the Global Real Estate Investment Summit and Expo, will be held at Dubai World Trade Centre on 13 and 14 October 2026 in Hall 4. The event is organised by Informa and is aimed at property investors, developers, brokers, lenders and government real estate authorities from the UAE and international markets.

The two day format pairs an investment conference with an exhibition of residential and commercial projects. The programme covers capital flows into Gulf real estate, off plan and secondary market trends, financing and mortgage availability, tokenisation and proptech, and the regulatory framework for foreign ownership. Developers use the expo to present projects to international buyers and to the broker networks that sell them.

For executives in real estate, banking and construction the summit is a read on investor sentiment ahead of the fourth quarter, which is traditionally the busiest launch period in Dubai. It also comes a month before Cityscape Global in Riyadh, giving developers active in both markets an early opportunity to test pricing and demand.

The organiser's frequently asked questions page confirms Dubai World Trade Centre as the venue. Registration for investors and exhibitors is available on the official site.
