The Qatar Economic Forum returns to Doha in April 2027, running from the twenty-seventh to the twenty-ninth of the month. The dates appear on the forum's own website and on the events calendar of Bloomberg Live, the co-organiser. No venue has been published by the organiser.
The forum is staged as the Qatar Economic Forum, Powered by Bloomberg, and is run in collaboration with Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry, which the organiser lists among its official partners.
The organiser describes the event as the leading news-driven gathering in the Middle East dedicated to global business and investment, and says it convenes global leaders to provide new and unique perspectives on the issues driving boardroom conversations. Past forums are listed from 2021 to 2025, and the organiser has announced co-chairs and new members of its global advisory council ahead of the next edition. A special edition was held in New York in September 2026 alongside the United Nations General Assembly.
Attendance is by invitation. There is no public registration route, and the only published channel is a request for an invitation through the forum website.
Two things make the 2027 edition worth diarising early. The first is that the organiser describes it as the next full edition, language that follows a gap in the annual sequence, so the April dates represent a resumption rather than a routine return. The second is that no venue has been named on any organiser surface, which for an invitation-only event convened in a single capital is unusual this far out and worth watching for executives planning travel. The forum has also been rescheduled once before.
No attendance figures, session counts or theme have been published for the 2027 edition.
