The HR Summit and Expo 2026, known as HRSE, will be held at Dubai World Trade Centre on 14 and 15 October. The main conference and exhibition occupy those two days, while certified workshops run from 11 to 13 October and the Future Workplace Awards take place on 14 October, both at the Conrad Hotel. The event is organised by Informa Connect.
HRSE is one of the largest human resources conferences in the Middle East and gathers chief human resources officers, heads of talent, rewards and learning, and the technology suppliers that serve them. The 2026 programme addresses workforce planning, nationalisation and Emiratisation targets, artificial intelligence in recruitment and performance management, pay transparency and the design of hybrid work.
For executives the event matters because talent remains one of the binding constraints on growth in the Gulf, and because regulation on employment, pensions and localisation is changing in several markets at once. Chief executives and chief people officers attend to benchmark practice and to meet the vendors behind HR systems and assessment tools.
Registration, the agenda and the workshop schedule are published by Informa Connect. Note that the exhibition itself runs only on 14 and 15 October at Dubai World Trade Centre.
