MIPIM brings investors, developers, cities and occupiers to Cannes for a week of deal making, conferences and the MIPIM Awards, covering real estate investment and urban development. The Palais des Festivals business agenda lists 15 to 19 March 2027, while other listings give 16 to 19 March for the exhibition days themselves.
For executives, MIPIM is the year's main marketplace for property capital. Chief executives and investment heads of property funds and listed developers meet mayors and city development agencies presenting projects, while corporate occupiers and their real estate heads use the week to review locations and partners. The week is also where financing and partnership discussions for the year are opened. Cities and regional development bodies use the market to present urban development projects to the investors and developers gathered there, which is why mayors and their planning heads attend in numbers.
The Palais des Festivals also hosts MAPIC, the retail real estate market from the same organiser, from 3 to 4 November 2026, according to the venue agenda.
