Luke Mackey

Luke Mackey is the CEO and co-founder of Kota, a company that builds the internet infrastructure for employee benefits. Launched in early 2022, Kota enables companies to set up, manage and automate benefit processes, from health and fitness to pensions. The Dublin-founded startup is backed by Europe's leading investors including Eurazea, EQT Ventures, Northzone and Frontline, having raised over €20 million to date.

Mackey holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the National College of Ireland (2013-2016). With a background in digital marketing and business development, he has successfully co-founded and led multiple companies. As a 31-year-old, Mackey has built one of Ireland's fastest-scaling insurtech businesses.
