Linton Bloomberg

Linton Bloomberg joined Haynes Boone as a partner in its restructuring practice in London in October 2026. He brings a quarter-century of experience to the law firm's restructuring practice and advises financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, private equity sponsors and corporate boards on a broad range of restructuring matters. He heads up Haynes Boone's London restructuring team.

Bloomberg joins Haynes Boone from Reed Smith and previously practiced at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and Jones Day. He specialises in cross-border restructurings, creditor and debtor representations, out-of-court restructurings, pensions restructuring and insolvency litigation. Bloomberg completed an eight-month secondment at the Financial Stability Division of the Bank of England and has also previously completed a secondment with the global restructuring group at RBS.
