WindEnergy Hamburg 2026 will be held at Hamburg Messe from 22 to 25 September. The biennial exhibition is organised by Hamburg Messe und Congress, with the Global Wind Energy Council as global partner and WindEurope as European partner. It is open from 10:00 to 18:00 from Tuesday to Thursday and until 16:00 on the Friday.
The exhibition spans halls A1 to A4 and B1 to B7 and combines the trade show with a stage programme that includes the Global Markets Theatre, the Offshore Stage and the Energy Transition Stage. A new Energy Storage Area has been added for 2026 to reflect the growing role of storage alongside wind generation.
The event matters to executives because it brings the whole wind supply chain together, from turbine manufacturers and component suppliers to project developers, utilities, grid operators and the banks and funds that finance offshore projects. Board members and chief executives from the leading turbine makers and energy companies use the Hamburg show to announce orders, partnerships and market entries.
Hamburg Messe und Congress operates the exhibition grounds in the centre of Hamburg, close to the city's port and offshore wind cluster.
