Tawdheef and Zaheb, Abu Dhabi's national recruitment and Emiratisation career fair, runs at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi over three days from the seventeenth to the nineteenth of November, in the year 2026. The event is organised by ADNEC Group with Capital Events and appears on the group's published calendar for the second half of the year.
Tawdheef is the established hiring platform through which federal entities, Abu Dhabi government bodies and large private employers recruit Emirati nationals, and Zaheb runs alongside it as the career-readiness programme. For employers subject to Emiratisation quotas, the fair is the single largest in-person recruitment window in the emirate's year, and for senior human resources leaders it is where the market rate for Emirati talent in each sector becomes visible.
The event is directly relevant to anyone tracking executive and professional hiring in the United Arab Emirates. Participation by a given employer is itself a signal: a bank or an energy group taking a large stand ahead of a hiring cycle usually precedes a visible run of appointments.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi is the emirate's principal exhibition and conference venue, in the Al Safarat district. Exhibitor and visitor details are published by the organiser. Executive Moves lists the event for calendar completeness and will update this entry if the organiser changes the dates or the venue.
