The MEBAA Show 2026 takes place from 8 to 10 December 2026 at the Dubai Airshow site at DWC, Al Maktoum International Airport, bringing the business aviation industry to Dubai for its biennial regional gathering.
The show is organised by Informa Markets in partnership with the Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association, the trade body that represents operators, manufacturers and service providers across the region. It combines a static display of business aircraft with an exhibition of manufacturers, operators, maintenance and repair organisations, fixed base operators, charter brokers, financiers and the interiors, avionics and connectivity suppliers that serve the sector.
The event is relevant to executives on two levels. The first is as buyers and users of business aviation, since the Gulf remains one of the world's most active markets for private and corporate aircraft, both for regional business travel and for long-range international flying. The second is as an industry in its own right, with Dubai and the wider UAE positioning themselves as a hub for aircraft management, maintenance and charter operations serving the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.
A conference strand, BizAv Talks, runs alongside the exhibition and addresses the operating issues that matter to the sector: fleet renewal and the arrival of new large-cabin aircraft, sustainable aviation fuel and emissions reporting, the shortage of pilots and engineers, and regulatory developments across the region's civil aviation authorities. Senior figures from the airframe manufacturers, the large charter and management companies and the regional aviation authorities typically take part.
The venue at DWC is the same site used for the Dubai Airshow, which alternates years with the MEBAA Show, and its location next to the Al Maktoum airport apron allows aircraft to be displayed and demonstrated in a way that is not possible at a city centre venue.
For executives in aviation, aircraft finance and leasing, luxury travel and corporate travel management, the MEBAA Show is the region's principal business aviation meeting and the place where fleet orders, partnerships and new service launches for the Middle East market are usually announced. Registration and exhibitor details are available on the official show site.
