Gulfood Manufacturing returns to the Dubai World Trade Centre from 3 to 5 November 2026, bringing together the suppliers, processors and technology providers that sit behind the food and beverage products sold across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.

The show is organised by Dubai World Trade Centre and runs as the industrial counterpart to the consumer-facing Gulfood sourcing show held each spring. Where Gulfood is about finished products, Gulfood Manufacturing is about the machinery, ingredients, packaging, automation and supply chain services that produce them. Its halls are arranged around processing equipment, packaging and materials, ingredients and flavours, and the logistics and cold chain services that connect factories to shelves.

For executives the event matters because regional governments have made food security and local manufacturing a stated priority, and the capital allocation that follows shows up here first. Saudi Arabia, the UAE and their Gulf neighbours are backing new processing plants, packaging lines and agri-industrial zones, and the equipment vendors, contract manufacturers and ingredient houses competing for that spend use the show to meet buyers in one place.

A conference strand, the FoodTech Summit, runs alongside the exhibition and is where automation, plant efficiency, sustainability targets and reformulation are discussed at operating level. Plant directors, procurement heads and supply chain leaders from regional food groups are the core audience, joined by investors looking at the food manufacturing space as a defensive growth sector.

The show also serves as a market read on where the region's food industry is heading. Announcements on plant expansions, distribution partnerships and technology tie-ups tend to cluster around the three days, and the mix of exhibitors, from European and Asian machinery builders to Gulf-based packaging groups, gives a fair picture of who is investing in local production capacity.

For senior leaders in food and beverage, packaging, logistics and industrial automation, Gulfood Manufacturing is the principal regional meeting point of the year, and its timing in early November makes it a natural point at which to set procurement and expansion plans for the following year. Registration and the exhibitor list are available through the official event site.
