FRUIT LOGISTICA 2027 will be held at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds on Messedamm from 3 to 5 February 2027. The annual global fresh produce trade show is organised by Messe Berlin and opens from 09:00 to 18:00 on the Wednesday and Thursday and until 16:00 on the Friday. Tickets go on sale from September 2026, according to the organiser.
The show is organised in three segments, Fresh Produce, Machinery and Technology, and Logistics, and includes a Buyers Club for retail and wholesale purchasers, the Innovation Award and a Startup World for young companies. National pavilions from the major exporting countries make up a large share of the floor.
The event matters to executives because it is where the world's grocery retailers, importers, growers and logistics providers negotiate annual supply programmes, and because food security and cold chain resilience have become board level questions for retailers and governments alike. Chief executives of produce groups, heads of fresh procurement at supermarket chains and the leadership of shipping and packaging companies attend.
Messe Berlin operates the exhibition grounds beneath the Funkturm in the west of Berlin.
