Batimat 2026 will be held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris, from 28 September to 1 October. The show is organised by RX France and in 2026 runs under the Paris Builders Show umbrella, grouped with Idéobain, Interclima and Renodays under a single banner for the building trades.
Batimat is the multi-specialist trade show for the French building industry, positioned for decision makers, specifiers and installers. According to the organiser, it gathers more than 1,200 key players across eight exhibition zones, supported by conference stages and an Innovation Awards programme.
The 2026 edition carries an unusual political hook. The organiser has scheduled a Grand Oral of the declared 2027 presidential candidates before the building industry on Monday 28 September, from 14:00 to 17:00 in Hall 1. For the chief executives of contractors, materials groups and developers, the session offers a first reading of where the candidates stand on the sector, while the exhibition floor remains the place where specification and purchasing choices for the year ahead are shaped. Procurement heads and specifiers use the eight zones to compare systems and suppliers, and the Innovation Awards flag the products likely to reach tenders next.
The next edition of Batimat is due in 2028, which makes the 2026 show the industry's last full Paris gathering under the Batimat name before the presidential election.
