HealthTree Foundation

The HealthTree Foundation is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization that empowers patients with rare diseases at each step of their disease journey - from diagnosis, through education, care and on to a cure, founded in 2012 by multiple myeloma patient Jenny Ahlstrom. The organization is headquartered in South Jordan, UT. As of May 2025, HealthTree Foundation has approximately 82 employees across 3 continents, including North America, Europe, and Oceania.

HealthTree Foundation is dedicated to improving outcomes and finding cures for blood cancers through cutting-edge technology, patient education, and research collaboration, with the HealthTree Cure Hub Registry providing a powerful patient data portal where over 10,000 patients contribute real-world data. Under founder Jenny Ahlstrom's leadership, HealthTree has become the market leader in Digital Health Advocacy, with programs and software platform of over 14 integrated technology tools to support all cancers. HealthTree Foundation was included in a group of 20 out of 700 applications for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) HealthTech Ecosystem Live! First Wave Launch event on April 9, 2026, bringing together new CMS infrastructure and patient-facing applications designed to move the national healthcare landscape beyond paper clipboards into a digital-first era.

On July 10, 2026, the HealthTree Foundation announced the appointment of Lisa Gray, an accomplished fundraising strategist and nonprofit leader, to its Board of Directors, bringing nearly 30 years of experience advancing philanthropy across national health and education organizations.
