Neil Cabral has been appointed as an advisory board member of Beacon Media, the global media and entertainment company co-founded by wellness advocate Dr. Deepak Chopra and entrepreneur Manoj Narender Madnani. The appointment was announced as part of a strategic content alliance between Beacon Media and MovieVerse Studios, the mainstream content arm of India's IN10 Media Network.

Cabral will serve alongside other advisers including Ibrahim Sagna of Silverbacks Holding. According to Beacon Media chairman Manoj Narender Madnani, Cabral has been integral to the company since its inception, offering strategic guidance that shaped its direction. In Cabral's statement on the appointment, he expressed enthusiasm about collaborating with what he called visionaries including Madnani and industry figures such as Aditya Pittie, CEO of MovieVerse Studios, and Simon Cowell, a backer of Lounges.tv, Beacon Media's distribution platform. Cabral noted that the alliance provides a dedicated platform for content focused on the Global South, particularly India, Africa, and the Middle East.

Cabral brings more than three decades of experience spanning strategy, finance, wellness, pharmaceuticals, and banking. Most recently, he served as managing director and global head of key clients at Lighthouse Canton, a Singapore-headquartered investment management firm with offices in Singapore, Dubai, and India. Before that, he was executive director and board member of Himalaya Wellness Worldwide, the Indian pharmaceutical company, where he oversaw global expansion across more than 90 countries and served as CEO of the company's single-family office. Earlier in his career, Cabral held senior roles at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (as managing director and global head of private banking), and worked across global financial institutions including Standard Chartered, Credit Agricole (Suisse) SA Private Bank, Citibank, HSBC, and ICICI Bank.

Beacon Media operates as a global media and entertainment company focused on producing and financing content that reaches audiences across multiple regions. The company, which distributes through Lounges.tv, is producing seven multilingual films adapted from Deepak Chopra's books and is currently pursuing merger discussions with a major Hollywood studio to establish a production entity headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. The planned alliance with MovieVerse Studios targets an audience exceeding three billion viewers across Hollywood, India, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Beacon Media's strategy emphasizes digital-first content, developing projects for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts alongside traditional film and television productions.

Cabral's appointment signals Beacon Media's continued expansion of its advisory capacity as it pursues larger-scale content production and financing operations. The appointment fits the company's stated strategy of bringing together experienced global executives from diverse sectors to advise on content strategy and business expansion. Cabral's background in both wealth management and pharmaceutical company expansion aligns with Beacon Media's focus on global audience reach and international production partnerships, though his entry into entertainment advisory represents a departure from his prior industry focus toward the creative sectors.
