CallRevu has appointed Neil Moses as Chief Executive Officer, handing the automotive call intelligence company a software operator who has twice led retail technology businesses through a shift to cloud delivery. The appointment was announced on 29 September 2026 and took effect on 21 September.

CallRevu monitors and analyses the inbound phone and messaging traffic that reaches car dealerships, then turns it into coaching and conversion data for sales and service teams. The company is headquartered in Towson, Maryland, and has been owned by Astira Capital Partners since October 2025. Its platform now incorporates Calldrip, a business it acquired and integrated.

Moses joins from Wynshop, the commerce and store fulfilment platform for grocery retailers, where he was Chief Executive Officer. Before that he was Chief Executive Officer of Mi9 Retail, a role in which he guided the company from on premises software to a cloud based model. Earlier in his career he held corporate development and strategy roles at AOL, having begun his working life as a corporate attorney. He holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University.

Azra Kanji, Founding Partner at Astira Capital Partners, said: "Neil has spent his career building innovative and successful industry-focused SaaS platforms. CallRevu has established a strong foundation by creating technology built specifically for the automotive industry. Neil's experience will complement the team as we continue investing in the platform, expanding its capabilities and creating more value for dealers."

Chris Ritchie, Partner at Astira Capital Partners, framed the hire around scale rather than turnaround. "CallRevu's platform sits at the center of the single most important relationship in a dealership's business," he said. "Neil has a rare ability to take a platform that already works and make it work at scale, without losing sight of the customers it was built to serve. That combination of discipline and mission alignment is exactly what this next chapter calls for."

The strategic direction Moses set out on appointment points at applied artificial intelligence rather than a rebuild. "CallRevu's roots in serving automotive dealers give us a clear understanding of where new technology can help them win more business," he said. "We will invest in AI and build practical tools that help dealership teams respond faster and turn more customer conversations into sales. I look forward to helping our team deliver on these opportunities with the focus, discipline and personal service our customers count on."

The appointment sits in a wider pattern across dealership technology, where private equity owners have been consolidating point solutions and then recruiting chief executives with enterprise software scaling experience rather than automotive retail backgrounds. Moses arrives with the cloud transition of Mi9 Retail and the growth and eventual sale of Wynshop behind him, which is the profile a sponsor typically hires when the product is proven and the constraint is distribution.

For dealer groups, the practical question is how quickly conversational analytics moves from reporting on missed calls to intervening in them. Moses has signalled that the investment will go into tools that shorten response times, which is the measurable end of the same problem.
