SIAL Paris 2026 will be held at Paris Nord Villepinte, Paris, from 17 to 21 October. The biennial show is organised by Comexposium as the flagship of the SIAL Network, and it opens on a Saturday for a five-day run.
SIAL Paris is the world food innovation trade show, bringing thousands of exhibitors from the food and beverage industry to Villepinte, according to the organiser. The programme includes a Top Buyers programme for major purchasers, the SIAL Innovation awards for new products and the SIAL Summits conference series, alongside exhibition halls covering food manufacturing, retail and foodservice.
The show is the key meeting for food manufacturers, retailers, importers and foodservice executives. Chief executives and commercial directors of food groups present their ranges to the buying teams of retailers and importers, procurement heads use the Top Buyers programme to concentrate their supplier meetings, and the innovation awards give a reading of where product development is heading across the industry. Because the show runs only every two years, the decisions taken at Villepinte set listings and sourcing relationships for a long cycle, which is why senior buyers and export directors block out the full five days.
Paris Nord Villepinte also hosts Euronaval in November 2026 and JEC World in March 2027, both listed on the Viparis venue agenda.
