Jeddah Construct 2027 will be held at the Jeddah International Exhibition and Convention Center from 22 to 24 March. This is the third edition of the show, which is organised by dmg events as part of the Big 5 Global portfolio and serves the construction and fit out sector of Saudi Arabia's western region.
The exhibition covers building materials, construction technology, interiors and fit out, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, and it draws contractors, developers, architects, engineers and suppliers from Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah. The organiser cites a project pipeline in the three cities of around 692 billion dollars, and reports that the 2025 edition drew more than 200 exhibitors from more than 25 countries and over 13,000 attendees.
The event is relevant to executives in construction, real estate and building materials because the western region has its own large programme of giga projects, religious tourism infrastructure and housing, and its own contractor and supplier base. Chief executives of developers, contractors and materials companies use the show to meet buyers in Jeddah and the holy cities.
Exhibitor and visitor registration are published on the official Jeddah Construct site. Big 5 Construct Saudi, the sister show in Riyadh, returns in 2027 in a separate edition.
