Convergence India 2027 takes place at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi from 23 to 25 March 2027. The 34th edition of the exhibition is organised by Exhibitions India Group with the India Trade Promotion Organisation and runs alongside the co located Smart Future Cities India expo, covering telecommunications, broadcasting, information technology, satellite communications, embedded electronics and the technologies that underpin urban infrastructure.
Convergence India is one of the longest running technology exhibitions in the country and draws telecoms operators, equipment vendors, broadcasters, systems integrators, start ups and government departments. Its conference programme has in recent editions focused on 5G and 6G, artificial intelligence, the internet of things, cybersecurity, fintech and digital government services, with ministers and regulators among the speakers.
The co located Smart Future Cities expo addresses the municipal and infrastructure buyers of technology, including state governments and city administrations rolling out smart city programmes, and brings urban mobility, utilities, safety and building technology suppliers into the same venue.
For executives, the exhibition is a practical venue for meeting Indian public sector and enterprise technology buyers and for gauging the pace of digital infrastructure investment at state and city level. Leaders of telecoms equipment, satellite, broadcast and technology services companies use it to launch products for the Indian market, and Gulf technology and smart city companies seeking Indian partnerships have exhibited at recent editions.
