Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026 takes place at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre from 17 to 19 November 2026. The 29th edition of the summit is organised by the Government of Karnataka's Department of Electronics, IT and Biotechnology with MM Activ, and runs under the theme AI and Beyond.
The summit is India's longest running technology event and the principal platform of the state that hosts the country's largest concentration of software services, global capability centres, semiconductor design and deep technology start ups. Its organiser describes it as Asia's largest integrated technology event, with more than 1,600 exhibitors and participation from more than 60 countries expected in 2026.
The programme combines conference tracks on artificial intelligence, semiconductors, biotechnology, aerospace and defence technology and start ups with country pavilions, government to business meetings and an exhibition. A dedicated track for global capability centres reflects the role that multinational technology and engineering centres in Bengaluru play in the state's economy.
For executives, the summit is a reading of the Karnataka government's technology policy and of the appetite of global companies to expand engineering and research operations in Bengaluru. Chief technology officers and heads of global capability centres, leaders of technology services firms, venture investors and the ministers and trade delegations that attend from partner countries make it a dense networking environment.
