Cityscape Egypt 2026, the fifteenth edition of the country's largest real estate exhibition, takes place from 30 September to 3 October 2026 at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo. It is organised by Informa Markets and runs under the patronage of the Egyptian prime minister and the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities.

The exhibition brings together Egypt's major developers, banks and mortgage finance companies, brokers and property portals, government urban development authorities and the architects, contractors and proptech companies serving the sector. It is the main annual platform on which developers launch projects and release inventory in the New Administrative Capital, New Cairo, Sixth of October, the North Coast and the Red Sea, and it draws buyers and investors from across Egypt, the Gulf and the Egyptian diaspora.

Cityscape Egypt is relevant to executives because real estate is one of the largest and most closely watched sectors in the Egyptian economy. Developers have used property as a store of value through years of currency devaluation and inflation, the government has continued to build new cities and infrastructure, and Gulf investors have taken major positions in Egyptian land and development companies. The show is where pricing, payment terms, financing structures and the balance between supply and demand are visible across the market in a single week.

The programme includes Cityscape Talks, a conference strand bringing together the chief executives of leading developers, ministers and officials from the housing and new urban communities authorities, bankers and investors, and the consultants and technology firms working in the sector. The Egypt Proptech Challenge showcases technology startups serving the property market. Themes in recent editions have included export-oriented real estate sales to foreign buyers, mortgage finance and affordability, the development of coastal and tourism destinations, and sustainability standards in new cities.

For executives at developers, contractors, banks and investment funds active in Egypt, and for the hospitality, retail and infrastructure operators whose businesses depend on the direction of the property market, Cityscape Egypt is the most important week of the year in Cairo. It also serves as a meeting point for Gulf investors assessing Egyptian assets.
