Younghee Choi

Younghee Choi joined H.I.G. Capital's Capital Formation Group as Head of Asia in September 2026, based in Hong Kong, to lead capital formation efforts across the region for H.I.G.'s global private equity, credit, and real assets platforms.

Choi brings more than 15 years of experience in capital formation and private markets. She holds a B.Arch from Syracuse University and previously worked as an Associate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Real Estate Private Equity group, focused on real estate investment and asset management in Seoul.
