Yasser Naghi (Chairman); Rakan Abunayyan (Vice Chairman)

Yaser Yousef Naghi was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of MEDGULF, and Rakan Abdullah Abunayyan as Vice Chairman. These appointments are for a three-year term ending May 7, 2028, following the successful merger of Buruj Cooperative Insurance with MEDGULF, approved by the general assemblies of both companies on October 23, 2025.

Yaser Yousef Naghi: Naghi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, with over 35 years of experience in trade, insurance, healthcare, and diversified industries. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Buruj Cooperative Insurance Company, and currently works at multiple organizations including Arabian Food Supplies Co. Ltd. and Gulf Medical Co. Ltd. as Executive Director.

Rakan Abdullah Abunayyan: Abunayyan holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from King Saud University in Riyadh and a master's degree in Financial Management from the University of Illinois, with over 20 years of professional experience in investment, financial services, insurance, and various industrial sectors. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Ashmore Investment Saudi Arabia and Chief Investment Officer at Abunayyan Holding, and is currently a General Partner at Noria Capital, focused on investing in insurance technology startups in the Middle East and Africa.
