Vincent Crowley

Vincent Crowley retired from his position as Non-Executive Director of Grafton Group plc with effect from 21 October 2025, having served on the Board since October 2016. He holds a degree in economics and politics from Trinity College, Dublin, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He has also completed an executive education course at Harvard Business School.

In the course of a 24-year career with Independent News & Media PLC, Crowley held a number of leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer and was a member of the Board. Prior to joining Independent News & Media PLC, he held senior roles in KPMG and Arthur Andersen. He served as CEO and CFO of APN News & Media (now called HT&E) and was Chairman of NewsBrands Ireland.
