Nicholas Gleeson

Nicholas Murray Gleeson is a finance executive with more than three decades of leadership experience in corporate finance, strategic transformation, and infrastructure investment. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Australian National University (1992), an MBA from INSEAD (2004), and completed the Corporate Directors in Management course from the Australian Institute of Corporate Directors (2017).

Gleeson served as Chief Financial Officer of ADNOC Logistics & Services, a global energy maritime logistics company, starting in June 2022. During his tenure, he discussed ADNOC L&S's decision to acquire Navig8 in a deal worth over $1 billion, which represented a transformational growth strategy for the company. The 80% acquisition of Navig8 for approximately one billion dollars, finalized in January 2025, constituted the main driver of spectacular growth, with shipping segment revenues more than doubling from $153 million to $415 million. Over his three-year tenure at ADNOC L&S, he played a key role in optimizing financial operations and structuring growth strategies for ADNOC's logistics and shipping divisions across global markets.
