Jyothi Bathula - Global Head of Mashreq Global Network & MD of MGN India

Jyothi Bathula was appointed in December 2024 as the Global Head of Mashreq Global Network (MGN) and Managing Director of MGN India. In this role, she oversees the operations of Mashreq's Distributed Workforce platform across India, Pakistan, and Egypt, ensuring delivery of high-quality talent and services to support Mashreq's strategic, digital, and operational goals. Bathula brings over 20 years of professional experience in banking and technology services, with a proven track record in leadership roles across global financial institutions.

Before joining Mashreq, Bathula served as Chief Operating Officer for UBS India Service Co., where she managed India Operations and the Technology division and played a key role in integrating Credit Suisse into UBS. She previously held leadership roles in Singapore and India at Credit Suisse, where she managed global programs and enhanced operational efficiencies. Early in her Credit Suisse career from 2006 to 2013, she held multiple roles including Vice President in the Global Operations APAC COO team.

Bathula holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad and an MBA from NUS Business School. Beyond her corporate roles, she is an entrepreneur who has owned and operated two restaurants in Mumbai. Her entrepreneurial ventures included co-owning MJ Khana Shana - Papa Pancho Express from 2014 to 2017.
