Dilhan Pillay Sandrasegara

Dilhan Pillay Sandrasegara (born 1963) is a Singaporean lawyer and investment executive who serves as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Temasek Holdings, the Singapore government's sovereign wealth fund. He has over 20 years of legal experience, mainly focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate law. Sandrasegara was appointed Chairman of Vertex Holdings, Temasek's venture capital subsidiary managing close to USD7 billion in assets, effective April 15, 2026.

Sandrasegara graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1988 with a Bachelor of Laws degree and completed a Master of Laws at the University of Cambridge in 1990. He co-founded the law firm WongPartnership in 1992 and became Managing Partner before joining Temasek in 2010. He joined Temasek in September 2010 and held various leadership roles including Head of Investment, Portfolio Management, and Enterprise Development Groups.

In 2019, Sandrasegara was appointed CEO of Temasek International, and he was appointed Executive Director and CEO of Temasek Holdings on October 1, 2021. He was awarded the Friend of Labour Award by the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) in 2021 for his commitment and contributions to building a future-ready workforce in Singapore. Sandrasegara has had a longstanding association with Vertex, including during his tenure as Senior Managing Director of Temasek and Head of the Enterprise Development Group, where Vertex was under his purview, and he served on the Vertex board from 2015 to 2018.
