Adel Fouad Rizk

Adel Fouad Rizk serves as Vice Chairman and Chief Data Center Officer at Edarat Group, a publicly-traded Saudi technology services company headquartered in Riyadh. As a founding partner, Rizk has been instrumental in leading Edarat Group's data center division over the last 15 years, overseeing infrastructure with over 50,000 m² of built space and 150 MW of power capacity serving the Middle Eastern market.

Rizk holds an MBA with emphasis in Finance from Lebanese American University and a degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution. He maintains multiple professional certifications including Accredited Tier Designer (ATD), Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS) from Uptime Institute, Business Continuity Institute certification (MBCI), and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Prior to his tenure at Edarat Group since February 2005, Rizk served as Head of Business Development and Government Affairs at Sanita sal from February 2000 to February 2005, where he gained extensive experience in international trade, cost accounting, ERP, and manufacturing operations.

Rizk was elected to Edarat's board as an executive member in September 2026, reflecting his strategic importance to the organization. He is known for demonstrating resiliency and sound judgment in managing business challenges while maintaining accountability for Edarat's reputation, and overseeing all construction-related activities.
