SteelFab 2027 will be held at Expo Centre Sharjah from 11 to 14 January. This is the 22nd edition of the exhibition, which is organised by Expo Centre Sharjah with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is one of the largest metal working, metal manufacturing and steel fabrication shows in the region.
The exhibition covers machine tools, welding and cutting equipment, fabrication technology, pipes and tubes, and the steel and metal supply chain. Manufacturers, contractors, fabricators and industrial buyers attend from the Gulf, the wider Middle East, Africa and South Asia, and the show typically hosts national pavilions from the main machine tool exporting countries.
The event is relevant to executives in manufacturing, construction and industrial distribution because the Gulf is investing in local industrial capacity, from Saudi Arabia's industrial strategy to the UAE's Operation 300bn programme, and because steel and fabrication demand tracks the project pipeline in energy, infrastructure and real estate. Sharjah is the UAE's largest industrial emirate and Expo Centre Sharjah is its principal exhibition venue.
