The second Kuwait Facilities Management Conference and Exhibition takes the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kuwait City for a four day run split between training and plenary debate. The workshop programme opens on the sixteenth of November and runs to the seventeenth, and the conference follows on the eighteenth and nineteenth. The year is 2026.

CONEX Events organises the meeting, and the roster of public bodies lending their support indicates how seriously Kuwait is treating the discipline. The Ministry of Public Works, the Environment Public Authority and the Ministry of Communications all appear among the supporting institutions. Two regional associations provide strategic backing: the Middle East Facility Management Association and the Saudi Facility Management Association, which between them cover most of the professional bodies the Gulf market recognises.

The organiser's stated theme is the future of facilities management in Kuwait and the wider Gulf, pursued under three headings that recur throughout the programme: smarter, greener and more resilient facilities. In practice this means a conference built around six declared focus areas. The first is networking across a profession that remains fragmented between owners, operators and contractors. The second is direct instruction from practitioners. The third is operational, covering how to lift asset performance while taking cost out. The fourth addresses sustainability and environmental, social and governance reporting, a requirement now arriving in Kuwaiti procurement. The fifth concerns business development, partnerships and the commercial opportunities opening as public authorities outsource more of their estate. The sixth is professional development, delivered through the opening workshop days.

The audience the organiser is recruiting is correspondingly wide. It spans government and public authorities, facility managers and in house professionals, real estate and property developers, service providers and contractors, architects and engineering consultants, and specialists in energy, sustainability and health and safety. Education and healthcare institutions are named as a distinct constituency, as are technology firms bringing software and monitoring systems to the sector.

Alghanim International is the exclusive main sponsor, with UFM as main sponsor and Al Mulla Engineering at platinum level. An exhibition with a published floor plan runs beside the conference.
