ITB Asia returns to the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore for a three day run, opening on the twenty first of October and closing on the twenty third, in the year twenty twenty six. The event is organised by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific and is the Asian edition of the ITB travel trade family.

The show brings together airlines, hotel groups, destination marketing organisations, tour operators, travel technology vendors and corporate travel buyers under one roof. It runs as a business to business meeting place rather than a consumer fair, and the floor is organised around scheduled appointments between exhibitors and buyers alongside the open exhibition halls.

For executives, the value of the week sits less in the exhibition stands than in the conference programme and the hosted buyer meetings that run beside it. Regional leadership in travel and hospitality tends to use the Singapore week to set commercial terms for the year ahead, and senior appointments in the sector are often made public in the weeks either side of it.

Singapore remains the natural host for the Asian edition. The city state is a hub carrier base, a regional headquarters location for several of the large hotel groups, and a short flight from most of the markets the show serves. The Sands Expo and Convention Centre sits in the Marina Bay district alongside the main conference hotels, which keeps the delegate day compact.

Executive Moves tracks leadership changes across travel, aviation and hospitality in the Asia Pacific region, and covers the appointments that follow the major trade weeks.
