Hospitalar is a procurement event rather than a clinical conference. Its audience is hospital administrators, group purchasing organisations, distributors and the commercial side of medical device and diagnostics companies, which makes it one of the few places where the business of Latin American healthcare is transacted at scale in one room. Brazil is the largest healthcare market in the region and the fair has grown with it.
