CES 2027 takes place in Las Vegas across four days, opening on the sixth of January and closing on the ninth, in the year twenty twenty seven. The show is organised by the Consumer Technology Association and is anchored at the Las Vegas Convention Center with additional venues across the city.
CES is the largest annual gathering of the technology industry and one of the few events where consumer electronics, automotive, health technology, semiconductors and enterprise software all exhibit in the same week. For executives the draw is less the product launches than the concentration of counterparties: original equipment manufacturers, retail buyers, component suppliers and investors are in the same place at the same time, which makes it a working week rather than a spectating one.
The show has broadened well beyond its consumer electronics origins. Vehicle manufacturers and their suppliers now occupy a substantial share of the floor, and digital health, accessibility technology and industrial applications of artificial intelligence have each grown into significant programmes of their own.
Senior leadership attendance is heavy, and the keynote programme is traditionally used by large technology and automotive companies to set the terms of the year's strategic debate. Registration and the full conference programme are published by the organiser.
