It is a state-owned enterprise held under Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company, the sovereign wealth fund of Bahrain.
BAC manages passenger and cargo operations, terminal services, retail and hospitality concessions, and coordination with the airport's strategic partners and regulators.
