Mira Developments, the Dubai-based luxury real estate developer, has appointed Omar Gull as Managing Director ahead of a planned expansion, the company announced in February 2026. Gull will steer the company's next phase of growth as it prepares to launch multiple projects across its master communities.

Gull brings more than two decades of experience in real estate, having overseen transactions exceeding 50 billion dollars across regional and international markets. He previously served as Chief Sales Officer at Dubai Holding, where he oversaw the Nakheel and Meraas portfolios, and held senior leadership positions at Emaar Properties, including Head of Sales and General Manager for Emaar Middle East, roles at the centre of Dubai's most active property platforms.

In parallel with his role at Mira, Gull will continue as founder and chief executive of Clédor. The dual role brings an entrepreneur's perspective to a developer positioning itself in the competitive branded and luxury residential segment.

The appointment comes at a defining moment for Mira Developments, which has signalled plans to launch projects across its master communities in 2026, including branded properties in the UAE, Oman and Georgia. Executing an international expansion in luxury real estate requires sales leadership capable of reaching global buyers, an area central to Gull's track record.

Dubai's luxury property market has remained buoyant, drawing international investors and high-net-worth buyers, but competition among developers for that demand is intense. For Mira, recruiting a managing director with deep sales leadership at the emirate's largest developers signals an intent to scale quickly. How effectively Gull converts the company's project pipeline into launches and sales across its target markets will be the early measure of the appointment.

Branded and luxury residential development has become one of the most competitive corners of the Gulf property market, with developers partnering with hospitality and fashion names to differentiate projects and command premium pricing. Success in that segment depends heavily on sales and marketing leadership able to reach international high-net-worth buyers, making the choice of a managing director with a strong sales pedigree a strategically significant one.

Expanding beyond the UAE into markets such as Oman and Georgia also raises execution complexity, from navigating different regulatory regimes to building distribution in new geographies. Gull's experience across large-scale developers gives Mira access to established playbooks for launching and selling at scale, and the pace and reception of its 2026 launches will show how well that experience transfers to a smaller, fast-growing developer.
