Deutsche Bank Private Bank deepens Dubai expansion with four senior hires

Deutsche Bank Private Bank has strengthened its Middle East franchise with the addition of four senior wealth management professionals in Dubai.

Eleftherios Sachanidis - Deutsche Bank Private Bank

The bank has hired Eleftherios Sachanidis (pictured above), Ashkan Anbari, James Ditcham (pictured below) and Harry Honesty from Standard Chartered, bringing on board a team with extensive experience serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices and next-generation wealth creators across the GCC and wider Middle East.

James Ditcham - Deutsche Bank Private Bank

Sachanidis joins as Managing Director and Team Head, reporting to Mubashar Ayoob, Head of the Gulf Region. With more than two decades of private banking experience, he has held senior leadership positions at international financial institutions and built a strong reputation across the Gulf wealth management industry.

Ashkan Anbari - Deutsche Bank Private Bank

Anbari (pictured above) joins as Director, Ditcham as Vice President, and Honesty (pictured below) as Assistant Vice President and Client Service Executive, further strengthening the bank’s relationship management and client servicing capabilities.

Harry Honesty - Deutsche Bank Private Bank

The hires come amid a broader build-out of Deutsche Bank’s Middle East private banking platform. Over the past two years, the bank has been actively recruiting senior advisers and relationship managers across Dubai and Saudi Arabia as competition intensifies for the region’s growing pool of wealthy individuals and family offices.
