Ibrahim Sultan Al Haddad

Ibrahim Sultan Al Haddad is a highly accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and driving sustainable growth. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Salik Company PJSC effective 6 July 2022, making him the first CEO of Dubai's road toll operator. In recognition of his leadership and impact, Mr. Al Haddad was named among the Top 100 CEOs in the Middle East for 2024 and 2025 by Forbes.

Career History

• Commercial and Investment Director at Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai (2013-2022)
• Prior roles at Mubadala, Sama Dubai, and Dubai Municipality

During his tenure at the RTA, Al Haddad spearheaded marquee initiatives including the Hala Joint Venture Agreement with Careem, the commercial transformation of Dubai Taxi, and the Dubai Metro Advertisement Concession Agreement. Under his leadership, the Commercial and Investment Department won the CFI award for the 'Most Innovative Logistics Project Investment Team – GCC 2019'.

Al Haddad holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Management from the University of South Wales – Sydney, and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from United Arab Emirates University. He has served as a Board Member of Al Wasl Sports Club since 2021 and as a Board Member of Chapter Zero since 2024.

Notable Achievements at Salik: Since joining Salik, he has led the organization to achieve outstanding results, reinforcing its market leadership and enabling continuous strategic expansion. As CEO, Mr. Al Haddad successfully led the company's landmark IPO, which was oversubscribed 49 times, raising over AED 184 billion in demand and culminating in its listing on the Dubai Financial Market. Under his leadership, Salik has expanded beyond toll operations into parking management, digital payments, and EV charging partnerships.
