Anish Sarkar

Anish Sarkar is chief executive officer of NIIT Limited, the Indian skills and talent development company listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE. He is a technology and human capital leader whose career spans consulting, digital services and enterprise business building.

Before joining NIIT Limited he was managing director for India at Pluxee, the employee benefits and engagement business formerly known as Sodexo BRS, where he also held responsibility for a cluster covering India, the Philippines and Indonesia. Earlier he served as chief executive of Mercer in India, leading the local business of the global human capital advisory firm, and he spent several years in senior leadership roles at Capgemini, the French technology and consulting group. His experience covers growth through acquisition as well as organic expansion.
