Wendy Becker CBE is a business leader appointed a non-executive director of Tesco PLC in October 2026. She is chair of the board and of the nominations committee of Sony Group Corporation, and a non-executive director and remuneration committee chair of GSK plc. She was chief executive of Jack Wills and held senior roles at McKinsey and Company, TalkTalk and Vodafone, and was previously chair of Logitech International.
