SIMI 2026 will be held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris, from 8 to 10 December, in Pavilion 1. France's leading commercial real estate and property investment show is organised by Infopro Digital.
Over three days SIMI gathers occupiers, owners, investors, developers, advisers and local authorities around commercial property and investment. The show combines an exhibition with a conference programme and the Prix SIMI awards. According to the organiser, opening hours are 9:00 to 19:00 on Tuesday, 9:00 to 21:00 on Wednesday and 9:00 to 17:00 on Thursday.
The show matters to executives because it is where the French commercial property market meets in one place at the end of the year.
