EXPO REAL 2026 will be held at the Trade Fair Center Messe Muenchen from 5 to 7 October. The international trade fair for real estate and investment is organised by Messe Muenchen and, from 2026, carries infrastructure in its title to reflect the widening of its scope. Visitor hours are 09:00 to 19:00 on the first two days and 09:00 to 16:00 on the third.
The fair brings together developers, investors, asset managers, banks, cities and regions, corporate real estate departments and advisers, with the co-located Transform and Beyond exhibition and conference covering technology and sustainability in the built environment. Messe Muenchen has already set the dates of the following edition for 4 to 6 October 2027.
The event matters to executives because it is the largest real estate and investment gathering in Europe and the place where institutional capital, lenders and developers negotiate the year's transactions and financing. Chief executives of listed property companies, heads of real estate at insurers and pension funds, and the economic development chiefs of cities and regions attend in force.
Messe Muenchen operates the exhibition centre in the Riem district in the east of Munich.
