Arcesium has appointed Brian Rosenberg as President of Revenue and Commercial, a newly defined leadership role at the financial technology firm. The New York based company announced the appointment on 9 September 2026, and Rosenberg joins its executive committee.

In the role, Brian Rosenberg takes ownership of client and partner development and the company's global go to market strategy, bringing revenue, sales and commercial functions under a single leader as Arcesium pursues further growth. The firm provides post trade and investment operations technology to asset managers, hedge funds and institutional investors, handling data, accounting and reporting workflows that sit behind the front office.

Rosenberg arrives from Wilshire Indexes, where he was President and Chief Revenue Officer and helped build the index business into a distinct commercial unit. Over a career spanning more than two decades he has held senior commercial roles across index, analytics and risk technology providers serving the investment management industry, giving him a network that reaches across the buy side and the data and technology vendors that support it.

His appointment comes as Arcesium broadens from its origins as a middle and back office technology provider into a wider platform spanning the investment lifecycle. Winning larger and more complex institutional clients has made commercial leadership a priority, and the company has framed the new role as central to converting product breadth into revenue.

Arcesium competes in a crowded market for investment operations technology, where asset managers are consolidating vendors and demanding platforms that can handle multiple asset classes and reporting regimes from a single source. A leader who understands both the commercial and the technical sides of that sale is valuable, and Rosenberg's record at index and analytics firms places him close to the data products that institutional buyers increasingly expect their operations platforms to integrate.

The appointment adds commercial firepower at a moment when institutional investors are demanding more from their technology partners, expecting a single provider to cover accounting, reconciliation, data management and reporting across asset classes. Rosenberg's mandate places him at the centre of that pitch, translating a broad platform into measurable revenue growth.

The company has said Rosenberg will focus on scaling its revenue engine and strengthening partnerships as it expands internationally. His arrival on the executive committee signals that commercial growth now sits alongside product and engineering at the centre of the company's plans.

For Rosenberg, the move is a step up from a divisional commercial role into enterprise wide revenue leadership at a firm that has grown quickly and is positioning itself for a larger share of the institutional operations market.
