The Dubai FinTech Summit holds its fourth edition at Madinat Jumeirah on 2 and 3 November 2026. The summit is the flagship financial technology event of the Dubai International Financial Centre, which hosts it, and is managed by Trescon. It has grown quickly since its launch to become one of the largest gatherings of financial services and technology leaders in the region.

According to the organiser, the 2026 edition expects more than 10,000 business leaders, more than 20 regulators and representatives of five stock exchanges. Confirmed speakers listed on the official site include the chief executives of Franklin Templeton, Nomura and Julius Baer, together with the heads of India's National Stock Exchange and BSE, giving the programme a strong asset management and market infrastructure weighting alongside its payments and digital assets content.

The summit reflects DIFC's strategy of positioning Dubai as a hub for financial technology firms, digital asset companies and wealth managers serving the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. It runs alongside a dense autumn of finance events in the Gulf, including Abu Dhabi Finance Week in December.

For chief executives, boards and heads of strategy in banking, asset management, payments and insurance, the summit is a venue at which regulators signal direction and at which global institutions announce Gulf commitments. Executives at technology vendors and consultancies treat it as a concentrated audience of financial services buyers. The presence of exchange heads and large asset managers this year suggests, in our reading, that the conversation is broadening from payments innovation toward capital markets and wealth.
