Abdelrahman Abdelaal is a technology executive appointed group chief information and technology officer of Dulsco Group in August 2026, with responsibility for technology strategy, operations and governance across the group's businesses.
He has more than 30 years of technology and business leadership experience, including over 25 years in executive technology roles, and has worked at International Turnkey Systems, TAMWEEL, now part of the Dubai Islamic Bank Group, and the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
