Naaman Atallah

Naaman Atallah, currently president of real estate at UAE conglomerate Al-Futtaim, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Roshn Group, the PIF-backed developer based in Riyadh. Atallah is Lebanese and has built a real estate career spanning more than two decades, earning recognition as one of the region's top executives in his field.

Atallah holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas and an MBA from Pepperdine University in California, and has completed the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme. He was recognized among Forbes Middle East's Top 100 Real Estate Developers in MENA for 2024.
