Kevin Moore

Kevin Moore is a Partner in Browne Jacobson's life sciences team, specialising in commercialisation and complex commercial contracting for life sciences, medtech and healthcare companies. He advises clients ranging from university spin-outs and venture-backed start-ups to multinational organisations and PLCs on the commercial agreements that underpin innovation, investment and international growth.

Over the past 15 years, Kevin has worked almost exclusively with innovative life sciences businesses, becoming a trusted adviser to many of Ireland's leading companies. His practice includes intellectual property licensing, manufacturing and supply, research collaborations, clinical research, distribution and strategic commercial transactions. A significant part of his role focuses on deploying legal technology and developing AI-enabled legal solutions that improve how life sciences companies access specialist legal advice.

Kevin obtained an honours degree in Commerce and a postgraduate honours degree in Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2009. In 2011, Kevin became the only lawyer in Ireland or the U.S. to be selected to participate in the affiliated BioInnovate Ireland and Stanford Biodesign Fellowships, and he was awarded an M.Sc. in medical device innovation. Kevin Moore also lectures in Medical Device Law and Regulation at NUI, Galway, a module which he created and first began teaching in 2016.
