Santander Private Banking Appoints Kamran Butt as CIO for Middle East, Strengthening Regional Leadership

Santander Private Banking has announced the appointment of Kamran Butt as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for the Middle East, further solidifying its commitment to expanding its presence in the region. Butt will also serve as Head of Products for the Middle East at Santander's Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch.

With a robust background in private banking and investment strategy, Kamran Butt brings extensive experience to Santander. His recent role was at HSBC Global Private Banking, where he served as the Regional Market Head for MENA Investment Counsellors for over six years. Prior to HSBC, Butt held significant positions at Sedco Capital in Saudi Arabia and Credit Suisse, where he was the Investment Strategist Head for MENA.
