Toby Hall

Toby Hall has been appointed to lead Savills Middle East's Commercial Agency Services, a role reflecting the region's accelerating real estate growth. Hall brings extensive experience from a decade-long tenure at JLL in the UAE, where he led the commercial agency team in Dubai, and has also worked on major regional projects including KAFD in Riyadh during its early development phases.

Hall is a qualified MRICS surveyor holding a BSc in Land Management and an MSc in Planning and Development from the University of Reading. His industry leadership extends beyond corporate roles—he has served as Board Member and Chair of the CoreNet Global Middle East Chapter, which connects corporate real estate professionals regionally and globally. He has also served on the board of the Middle East Council for Offices (MECO).
