Steve Cahillane

Steve Cahillane joined Kraft Heinz as Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2026, after most recently serving as Chairman, President and CEO of Kellanov until its acquisition by Mars, Incorporated. Cahillane was born in 1965 and is one of four children of a New York firefighter with roots in Co Kerry, Ireland and a mother born and raised in Donegal, Ireland.

Cahillane earned a B.A. in political science from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Over the course of his thirty-plus-year career, Cahillane has held senior executive roles at The Nature's Bounty Co., The Coca-Cola Company and AB InBev.

At Nature's Bounty, he successfully aligned the company with health and wellness trends, established a thriving eCommerce division and created significant shareholder value.
