Career Overview

Sherif Kasseb brings over 29 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a track record of overseeing five hotel openings for top brands across the Middle East. He completed his degree in hotel management at Helwan University in Cairo before launching his hospitality career in the region. Kasseb is a certified Operations Innovation (OI) Green Belt and led the OI community at Sheraton Grand Dubai in 2017, achieving the highest revenue in the Middle East.

As a thought leader in hospitality culture, Kasseb created the Rixos Hotels Academy for developing future leaders and has been tasked with organizing Heads of State visits as well as managing major global conferences and summits.
