Scott Ratliff

Ratliff was promoted to Partner at Beecher Reagan in January 2026, a retained executive search firm specializing in placing resilient leaders who drive growth in private equity and professional services. Since joining Beecher Reagan in 2022, Ratliff has played a central role in translating the firm's long-term vision into a scalable business development culture. Prior to Beecher Reagan, Scott was a seven-time All-Star in professional lacrosse and a Hogan/Verity-certified executive leadership coach. He graduated in May 2013 from Loyola University Maryland with a business degree, where he was a team co-captain and earned USILA All-America Second Team and ECAC Specialist of the Year Award honors. He was part of Loyola's 2012 NCAA Division I National Championship team and finished his career with a school record 30 goals, 14 assists and 44 points as a long pole midfielder. His education includes a B.A. in Communications and Marketing from Loyola University Maryland and Hogan Assessment Certification.

Ratliff was drafted ninth overall by the Boston Cannons in the 2013 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Entry Draft and has played professional lacrosse for nine years in the MLL and PLL, currently playing for the Archers Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League. He was a seven-time pro lacrosse All-Star and won the 2018 Dave Huntley Man of the Year Award for the Atlanta Blaze. Beyond athletics, Ratliff is co-founder of the Give and Go Foundation along with Adam Ghitelman and is a certified leadership and personal development coach who has worked with corporate executives and NCAA Division I coaches.
